Can someone in an electric Wheelchair travel on an airplane

Newark Man Dies After Snowmobile Accident (R News)

A Wayne County man died after a snowmobile accident in Newark Thursday night, just before 10:30 p.m. Newark police say Christopher O\’Conner, 25, of Newark was riding his snowmobile on trails behind Ultralife Batteries when he lost control and hit a tree.
